Raclette
I made Raclette at home but…
Raclette is a traditional Switzerland dish made of cheese, ham and pickles.
I was keep looking for Raclette cheese, and I finally found it at Takashimaya in Times Square in Shinjyuku! It was expensive though. They said it was sold out, but they had more today.
These are what I used. I prefer to cook in a simple and easy way.
It is easy to cook. Put them all on a pan and fry.
Ready to eat. The taste was… terrible. I couldn’t taste cheese. The one I ate in Switzerland tasted much better.
